Working Principle of the Industrial Biscuit Forming Machine

This machine is to use a rotating roller with a mold on the surface to complete the forming of biscuits. The specific process is as follows:

• Dough preparation and feeding: The operator places the dough into the feeding device of the soft biscuit forming machine. And the dough is automatically fed into the machine through the feeding device.
• Roller forming: The dough passes between a pair of intermeshing rollers, one of which is the mold roller and the other is the feed roller. The surface of the mold roller is engraved with a soft biscuit mold of uniform shape. When the dough passes through these two rollers, the mold roller presses the dough into the mold to form the shape of the soft biscuit.
• Removing excess dough: During the biscuit production process, the scraper, typically installed below the mold roller, presses against the mold and moves along the tangent direction to effectively scrape off the excess dough.
• Demolding and conveying:  The rubber demoulding roller and canvas demoulding belt separate the formed soft biscuit embryo from the mold and smoothly transfer it to the conveyor belt.
